Since my debuts, I trained a little bit no matter how, in the feeling. My work was essentially based on the bottom. Hours and hours, such a diesel, I accumulated kilometres in 3 disciplines. It made a success of me rather well, but I smelt although something was missing, that the engine was a little “restrained".

In 2003, I offered myself the services of a specialized trainer. Regrettably, in front of cost of its services, I was not able to continue to work with him, and I regret it.

New working shape and naturally, radical change.

His method of work seemed to me much easier, because in hourly volume it was the day and at night. I was almost deprived to train so little. On the other hand, the novelty, it was the work in intensity and there, it was another song for me. I was obliged to take out tripes and to put me several times in flat stomach.  I which had for custom to work on 140 pulsations during hours, I had to see again my copy and make rise the turbine to 175 pulsations. In other words that first months it was practically impossible. To border 160 pulsations, I had to put myself carpet in a bump, because on flat, impossible to make the heart rise.

On a dietary plan, I was also imperative a big work. Certainly I knew main trunk roads, because I worked for some years with the Doctor Patric NEDELEC, the big specialist of the dietetics, but I set up a new working base which united dietetics and training on the advices of my friend Bernard.

It was necessary to find a new source of motivation, because the hardships and the wanted sacrifices were going to be difficult to manage. I thus began to eliminate from my food customs sweets to oblige my body to do without it and to work without. Not easy in the first times, but finally which earning !

Then I privileged fruits and vegetables. I continued to bring to my body proteins necessary to guard a good muscular mass and naturally, I remained faithful to carbohydrates. On the other hand, not to return to the convent and what this food does not become a permanent galley, Bernard granted me week ends as food break.

For the recuperation, I take 2 days free each week. Maybe you can think that it’s very much but like say the proverb :

“Who wants to travel far, save his frame !”

It makes a success of me rather well, because I am only very rarely hurt and what this solution avoids any sort of drift towards possible speechless products of recoveries.

The fatigue tending to engender at someone, a need of little conventional outside contributions, I preferred the solution of the rest, rather than the one who consists in looking in for it limps has pharmacy of the substitute in the unfitness. Furthermore, the rest to be free ......

I think that 20 years when I crossed to evolve in high level, are not the simple fact of the fate and that in longevity, the cheaters often have a short-lived career. A boiler in superheating eventually explodes it not always ?

 So that you can follow my evolution during the year, I shall try hard to communicate you, by means of the table below, my kilometric volume, discipline by discipline and month after month. It is possible that the kilometrics appears to you well below what you could have heard of some or the others. Do not trust still that people tell. Often certain athletes add tails to zéros and the lie makes good progress!
